On October 16, 2024, the Orsha Aircraft Repair Plant Open Joint Stock Company was visited by students of the Secondary School No. 18 in Baran with an introductory tour. The students had the opportunity to get acquainted with the enterprise for the first time. After all, relatives and friends of people who seek vocation in their field of activity, who are dedicated to their work, work here.

The students, together with teachers Anna Lesova and Anastasia Tankovich, visited production sites for the repair of removable and non-removable aircraft equipment, workshop No. 1 for dismantling, installation and fine-tuning of aircraft. They listened with enthusiasm to the story of the head of the technological bureau Vladislav Lesovoy, the master of the production site Yaroslav Kozlovsky, the process engineer Evgeny Kanadeev and the head of the workshop Ilya Mironovich about how the process of repairing aircraft takes place.

And at this time, test flights of the largest helicopter in the world, the Mi–26, were taking place not far away, which, after joint repair by an adjacent organization and the best specialists of our enterprise, took to the air. The sight impressed all observers.

Alexey Alekseev, a process engineer at workshop No. 3, introduced a new, recently commissioned universal production complex that performs metal processing, is equipped with modern machine tools and the latest equipment for the manufacture of parts for the repair of helicopters of various types.
