On March 24, 2022, the annual general meeting of “Orsha Aircraft Repair Plant” OJSC’s shareholders was held at the enterprise. Sluchak Pavel, the General Director of “Orsha Aircraft Repair Plant” OJSC, made a report on “The financial and economic activities of the Company in 2022, the main directions of the Company’s activities in 2023”. Sergei Ostrovskiy, the Deputy General Director for Security Issues presented the report “On the results of the Audit Commission’s inspection of the financial and economic activities of the Company for 2022”. Marina Rapidova, the Deputy Chief Accountant made the report “On approval of the annual accounting (financial) statements of the Company for 2022”. The members of meeting considered a number of organizational, financial and economic issues. Appropriate decisions were made on all issues under consideration.
