Under this motto, on October 10, 2023, an event dedicated to the Day of the Elderly and the Year of the 85th anniversary of the Formation of the Vitebsk region was held in Orsha, the participants of which were honored veterans of JSC Orsha Aircraft Repair Plant - Alik Viktorovich Tankovich, awarded the Order of the Badge of Honor in 1981 and the labor family dynasty in four generations of Lia Leonidovna Chernyshova, who left a legacy of rich experience and wisdom of generations.
