Students of the 11th grades of the state educational institution "Secondary School No. 15 in Barani" went on an excursion to the enterprise of JSC Orsha Aircraft Repair Plant for the purpose of career guidance. The Deputy Director General for Ideological, personnel Work and social issues introduced the children to the social conditions of workers, told about the prospects of working at the enterprise, about career growth and employment benefits. The guys were satisfied. They were impressed by the capacity of the production areas where aircraft repairs are carried out.
