On April 3, 2025, a reporting conference of the primary trade union organization of Orsha Aircraft Repair Plant OJSC was held on the work done in 2024.

The report of the trade union committee and the audit commission was heard. The report on the implementation of the income and expenditure budget for 2024 was approved and the income and expenditure budgets for 2025 were approved.

The reporting conference was attended by the chairperson of the Vitebsk regional organization "BelProfTrans" Elena Gornak, who presented the chairperson of the primary trade union organization Ekaterina Khutskaya with gratitude for active participation in the election campaign for the election of the President of the Republic of Belarus in 2025 from the Belarusian Trade Union of Transport and Communications Workers.

Letters of gratitude for active participation in the election campaign from the President of the Republic of Belarus were presented to Irina Zherebtsova, Elena Konovalenko, Natalia Kovaleva, and Roman Chernyshenko.
