Employees of JSC Orsha Aircraft Repair Plant support the United Fatherland initiative, the Association of Historical Museums and Military History Museums of the Russian Federation, with the support of the Alexei Talai Foundation, and have actively participated in the coin collection campaign for the alloy (manufacture) of the monument "Living Memory of Grateful Generations" to be installed in Moscow.

In the foyer of the 1st floor of the administrative building, a flask is installed to collect coins of current and inactive ones, including banknotes, for the alloy (manufacture) of a commemorative sign. Each employee has a unique opportunity to contribute to preserving the memory of the immortal feat of our people during the Great Patriotic War.
